Currently serving as the Chairman of Fidelity Bank, Onwugal has made history as the first female chairman of the bank and the second Anambra woman ever to hold a chairmanship position at a commercial bank in Nigeria. Her tenure as a non-executive director previously allowed her to significantly influence the bank’s corporate governance and strategic direction.
