Accenture and Cassava Partner to Advance AI Solutions in Africa
Accenture is employing its AI Refinery™ platform and other advanced technologies to create sovereign AI solutions, utilizing Cassava’s GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) housed in secure data centers and powered by NVIDIA’s AI infrastructure. This initiative aims to enable Cassava’s current and future customers to manage AI workloads and data compliance within their respective countries, adhering to local regulations.
Strategic Expansion across Africa
The rollout will commence in South Africa, followed by expansions into Egypt, Kenya, Morocco, and Nigeria. This phased approach aligns with Cassava’s strategy to enhance its data center facilities across Africa. Leveraging an extensive high-speed, ultra-low-latency fiber broadband network, Cassava aims to interconnect its energy-efficient data centers, thereby supporting robust AI computing workloads across the continent.
