National Youth Service Corps Anniversary to Become Annual Recognition Event
Olakunle Nafiu, the Director-General of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), has announced that the scheme’s anniversary celebration will henceforth be an annual event across all organizations in Nigeria. This initiative aims to honor excellence and dedication among staff and members.

During a recent commemorative lecture held in Abuja to mark the 53rd anniversary of the NYSC, the Commander-in-Chief emphasized that this celebration would not only acknowledge achievements but also provide an opportunity for reflection on the program’s contributions to national development.

As part of the gala, members and staff who have exhibited extraordinary dedication, integrity, and productivity will receive certificates in recognition of their achievements. The NYSC leadership is committed to ensuring that outstanding service is duly acknowledged.
