Niger Delta Community Launches ICT Center to Drive Digital Transformation
The Niger Delta region is on the brink of a technological revolution as it hosts a groundbreaking initiative aimed at enhancing digital literacy and access. On May 6, 2026, Professor Isaac Zebu Obipi, the 12th Vice-Chancellor of Rivers State University (RSU), inaugurated the Nkpor Olowolukwo ICT Center.
