This initiative aims to train over 3,000 energy storage technicians in Nigeria over the next three years, utilizing five regional training centers across the nation.
Strengthening Local Technical Capacity
Complementing this program, TranESS announced plans to develop a specialized curriculum in energy storage management through TranESS University. The initiative will also select outstanding Nigerian students for advanced training opportunities in China, aimed at bolstering local technical expertise and contributing to Africa’s expanding clean energy ecosystem.
Partnership for Sustainable Career Pathways
To illustrate its commitment to long-term human capital development, TranESS C&I signed an MoU with Al-Ansar Foundation to create structured pathways for internships, employment opportunities in China, and educational exchange programs for eligible Nigerian candidates. Under this agreement, Al-Ansar Foundation will coordinate participant identification and preparedness while establishing links between Nigerian educational institutions and TranESS’s global network.
