In a heartbreaking scene, one father stood before a collapsed apartment building, desperately calling out his son’s name, seeking any sign of life after the tremors had ceased.
Miraculous Discovery Under the Rubble
Jose Alberto Gallipoli, the father, ventured into the debris-laden basement, hoping to hear his son’s voice over the tangled wreckage. In a moment of desperation, he cried out for his son Jofram, only to receive a faint reply—a whisper from Jofram and his family, who had survived the ordeal under the rubble for over 24 hours.
Determination Amidst the Chaos
Gallipoli, who had been approximately 32 miles away in Caracas during the earthquakes, made a hasty decision to trek to La Guaira, navigating through blocked roads to reach his family. He felt overwhelmed as he assessed the devastation, acutely aware of the dwindling time that his loved ones had for survival, stressing the urgent need for rescue operations.

In a separate miracle, Dayana Patiño and her 18-day-old newborn son were trapped under the debris of an eight-story building.
