Crucial Mixed 4x400m Final on First Day
According to the official event schedule, the mixed 4x400m final is slated for the afternoon of the first day, making it one of the early highlight races. Nigeria will need to deliver a near-flawless performance, as it competes against formidable teams from the Netherlands, Jamaica, Poland, China, Japan, and Canada.
Netherlands Favored with Strong Personal Best
The Netherlands enters the competition as the favorite, having recorded a personal best of 3:07.43 at the 2024 Paris Olympics. Other strong contenders include Poland with a time of 3:09.43 and Jamaica at 3:11.06, setting a challenging backdrop for Nigeria, which has a personal best of 3:11.99 and a season best of 3:16.13.
